Fat-Fighter Cinna-Minty Protein Shake

1 cup low-fat Milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
30 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
6-8 ice cubes

Place all ingredients except for ice in a blender and blend. Add ice gradually until you reach desired consistency.
